Wood to Stone to Sea Last Night
April 8th, 2009 maggieWe had a great time last night with Adelaide, A Stick and a Stone, and AJ at the Midway. Alicia, Johnny and Elizabeth performed and I was the femme roadie.
Johnny, Alicia and I, along with much of the audience, were all at the state house earlier in the day asking legislators to support the trans rights bill, so it was a long day. It was a small but loving crowd. It felt like a house concert full of friends on a winter night with apple cider and cinnamon buns, which was just what we needed at the end of a stressful tuesday.
