In an attempt to keep on the blogging wagon in 2009, I’m adding a new feature: Femme Favorites.  This is a spot for me to post anything at all that seems relevant.  Sassafras and I talked about doing something like this once, and we talked about staying away from stereotypical femme stuff like cosmetics and clothes.  I’m not sure that I’m going to stick with that, though. I actually think there is power in really proudly claiming that make up and clothes are important to some of us.

That said, today’s shout out is to Queer Eye Candy Queer Eye Candy is a photo blog started by queer bloggers and activists Amber, Denise and Sinclair (of sugarbutch) to celebrate all kinds of queerness.  The selections range from sweet, romantic wedding photos, often posted with an activist message, to smoldering sexy shots of folks of all kinds of gender identities.  It’s totally fun and affirming.
